I can’t register the Plant Diary on my phone, what should I do?

1. Reboot your Phone.

2. Remove the case from your Phone.

3. To activate Airplane mode, tap the icon.

4. Allow for 1 to 2 minutes.

5. To turn off Airplane mode, tap it again.

6. Try connecting your phone to Plant Diary again and see if you can connect.
